Friends, I would like to share with you my experience of purchasing a home in Turkey. You and I know that flights have become a problem lately, and prices too, and everyone wants to go to the sea, especially their grandchildren. Over the last year, I began to think that I need to start searching, but where? Of course, from a real estate agency. Since this topic has recently become relevant, therefore, the agency market is oversaturated. I wouldn't want to make a mistake with my choice. I called several companies, talked to them, and told them about my preferences. In the end, I settled on the Point Property company and was right. This agency showed its interest in helping clients, took into account all preferences, provided a very large selection for any budget, and promptly answered all questions that arose. It is very important that the agency has all the licenses and permits, which they immediately provided me with. For at least six months, I communicated with manager Kristina. Having arrived in Turkey, director Katerina prepared all the documents, manager Elya traveled with me and translated from Turkish in banks and various organizations. The support was easy and clear, without misunderstandings, although I am a very picky buyer. Now the project I have chosen is under construction, but two weeks ago my husband and I flew in to get to know the country again. We met with Christina and went to a beautiful place on the river bank. All that remains is to wait for the stage of handing over the keys and enjoy the purchase))))))👍👍👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰🥰

I live permanently in Moscow; I have only been to Turkey as a tourist. The idea of buying an apartment by the sea periodically appeared in my head, especially in the last year, but it seemed expensive, troublesome and risky.
So I went to the Turkish real estate exhibition in Moscow in March, rather out of curiosity, with the question of what I can I afford it with my rather modest savings?
I collected business cards, began to communicate with agencies, in general, everything was as usual.
Offers poured in, different locations, open and closed areas, there was a lot that was incomprehensible to me. I had to study the subject))
I liked Point Property with the right approach - they studied my request, began to send me interesting offers, and give me advice.
We agreed with them on a room tour. We met well, helped with all the formalities - obtaining a tax identification number, powers of attorney, opening an account in a Turkish bank. We began to travel to different areas, looking at very different options. As a result, I understood what this or that area is like, what suits me, what doesn’t. Despite my modest budget, I managed to find what I needed - a ready-made apartment with furniture, 10 minutes from the sea, with a good swimming pool. In general, I left them a power of attorney for registration and left for Moscow. The transaction went through without any problems, the apartment was cleaned, and everything we needed was purchased. At work I agreed that I would work remotely for a couple of months, I came with my family, now I live in Mahmutlar. Thanks to the guys Kristina, Mikita, special thanks to Elya, who still helps solve various everyday issues.

I would like to leave a sincere review about the work of the Point Property agency. I will honestly say that among the huge competition in the real estate sector currently in Turkey, this agency, in my opinion, is special. In fact, for almost 2 months of searching for a suitable real estate option for me, I tried to work with several companies, but always after communicating with them I returned to Point Property.
The main reason for returning was the tactful, painstaking work with me (and the client I'm not easy), an employee of the agency Kristina Baranova. It was very impressive that during cooperation there was no imposition of one’s own opinion, for the sake of the agency’s interests. The objects offered were all worthy of attention. But to understand what I really needed, it took 1.5 months of searching and dozens of views, and this is the team’s routine work.
Christina and I surprisingly had the same tastes, and when we entered the next apartment, we simultaneously understood: “ Here it is!" This is the case when everything coincided: a breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea, and the condition of the apartment, and the complex itself.
Legal issues regarding the execution of the contract and the transaction were handled by the company’s directors, Ekaterina and Mustafa Bey. Here, too, everything went very smoothly and quickly. Professionalism was present in every detail.
It was also very pleasant to be in a beautiful, cozy office. The atmosphere in the team is very friendly. Special thanks to the drivers.
