The layout of the villa includes large 4 bedrooms, each of which has its own private bathroom with heated floors, a spacious living room combined with an American-style kitchen, from which there is access to a spacious terrace, of which there are 4 in total in the villa, and on the lowest on the floor where there is a veranda and access to a private swimming pool with a jacuzzi, there is another living room or games room, where there is an area with billiards, table tennis and a place for playing darts.
Note that the pool remains relevant in winter, because a motor is installed to heat the water in the pool.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, so you can always stay in touch. Powerful air conditioners are installed, which is also important at any time of the year. All appliances and household electrical items are in good condition and function perfectly, including the coffee machine.
