Exit to a common glazed balcony through the living room and from the bedroom. The bathroom is fully equipped with everything necessary, the washing machine is located in the kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils and household appliances (gas stove, oven, refrigerator) and a separate dining area for 4 people. In the living area you can sit with a group on a large sofa, which can also be used as a bed, TV and coffee table.

The bedroom with a large comfortable bed is also equipped with a spacious wardrobe and a cabinet with a mirror. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The complex has a small area with an outdoor swimming pool with a sunbathing area.
