I did not consider purchasing real estate abroad until February 24, 22, but by the will of fate I had to take this step and given the current political situation, the choice fell on Turkey (Alania) for a lot of objective reasons. Purchasing real estate in Russia, even now, raises many questions and doubts, especially if it is a new building. And here Turkey, nothing is clear at all from the point of view of the transaction, as well as the presence of a language barrier. Therefore, I didn’t want to rush into the pool of offers on the Internet, and having received recommendations from my realtor friends in Russia, I turned to the “Point Property” campaign, directly to Ekaterina Ozdemir.
