I would like to leave a sincere review about the work of the Point Property agency. I will honestly say that among the huge competition in the real estate sector currently in Turkey, this agency, in my opinion, is special. In fact, for almost 2 months of searching for a suitable real estate option for me, I tried to work with several companies, but always after communicating with them I returned to Point Property.
The main reason for returning was the tactful, painstaking work with me (and the client I'm not easy), an employee of the agency Kristina Baranova. It was very impressive that during cooperation there was no imposition of one’s own opinion, for the sake of the agency’s interests. The objects offered were all worthy of attention. But to understand what I really needed, it took 1.5 months of searching and dozens of views, and this is the team’s routine work.
Christina and I surprisingly had the same tastes, and when we entered the next apartment, we simultaneously understood: “ Here it is!" This is the case when everything coincided: a breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea, and the condition of the apartment, and the complex itself.
Legal issues regarding the execution of the contract and the transaction were handled by the company’s directors, Ekaterina and Mustafa Bey. Here, too, everything went very smoothly and quickly. Professionalism was present in every detail.
It was also very pleasant to be in a beautiful, cozy office. The atmosphere in the team is very friendly. Special thanks to the drivers.
