Apartments and villas in a conceptual residential complex at the excavation stage, four kilometers from the sea

In the picturesque, ecologically clean area of Alanya - Kargicak, surrounded by perennial coniferous forests and pristine nature, in April 2024, the grandiose construction of a luxury residential complex consisting of fourteen blocks and forty-two detached villas. The country's leading architects managed to combine modern design, comfort and the concept of unity with nature. A huge plot of 32 acres (almost 13 hectares) has been allocated for development, which has created privacy - all apartments on the lower floors have their own garden plot, and the large distance between the blocks provides the feeling of a private home. The project includes the following apartment options:

- 1+1 apartments, with an area of 53 m2, with a living room combined with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony;

Commissioning of the facility is scheduled for December 2026, by which time the apartments will be handed over to the owners with high-quality finishing, using exclusively natural materials.

The internal infrastructure of the complex includes outdoor and indoor swimming pools with a jacuzzi, a fitness club, a sauna, a hammam, a massage parlor, yoga and boxing studios, a basketball court, an outdoor sports ground, and a games room with billiards, table tennis and playstation. For a pleasant pastime, the residence will feature: a cinema, bowling alley, squash hall, restaurant, Starbucksmini-club, children's park, recreation areas with fires and barbecues, and an open-air cinema. It is also convenient that the territory includes: a conference room, a market, a hairdresser, a laundry, outdoor parking and a charging station for electric vehicles. And given that the distance from the complex to the beach, landscaped for a comfortable stay, is four kilometers, a daily transfer to the sea will be organized for residents.
