Luxury villas under construction in the center of Alanya, the possibility of obtaining Turkish citizenship

We are pleased to share a new project of luxury modern villas in the Tepe area, which is the central area of Alanya. This is a small complex of villas under construction, which is being built on a land plot of 1637 m2. In total, the complex will have three villas with a 4+1 layout, the total area of which varies from 346m2 to 404m2. Each villa has three floors and will be equipped with an elevator. If we talk about the territory and private areas of the villas, then the external territory of the private plot will be placed separately for each villa: an outdoor infinity pool, a sauna, a fitness area and a barbecue area. The general area of the complex will have covered parking, a generator and installed CCTV cameras throughout the territory.

If we look at the layout in more detail, we can note that 4+1 involves four bedrooms, each of which has a private bathroom; in addition, there is a fifth guest bathroom on the ground floor of the villa, where there is a large living room combined with a kitchen open type. And an integral part of Turkish real estate: of course, is a balcony or terrace. In this case, each villa has two terraces and a balcony. From the features of the layout and decoration, we also emphasize the presence of a laundry room in each villa and the presence of a jacuzzi. For the winter period, heated floors were temporarily thought out and installed throughout the villa, and electric blinds were installed on all windows to prevent direct sunlight entering the rooms and prevent the house from warming up in your absence.
