Magnificent 1+1 apartment with an area of 68 m2 in the resort area of Alanya, Avsallar

Avsallar is a comfortable resort town on the very shore of the Mediterranean Sea. This area is famous for its convenient location in a picturesque bay, which protects from cool mountain winds. According to many tourists who come here on vacation, Avsallar is the warmest region on the Alanya coast. This resort also gained fame thanks to its luxurious sandy beaches with convenient access to the water. Real estate in this area is represented by both secondary apartments near the seashore and new complexes being built in the direction of the Taurus Mountains at some distance.

Our current option is a two-room apartment with a 1+1 layout located on the 8th floor of the complex, which is one kilometer from equipped beaches and 700 meters from the center of the Avsallar district. The layout of the rooms is typical for apartments with this layout: a living room combined with a kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a large balcony. We would like to point out that the balcony is glazed, which means that you actually have another additional room at your disposal. The bedroom is equipped with two beds and sliding wardrobes. In the living room there are armchairs and sofas near the TV, a dining table near the kitchen unit.

The infrastructure of the complex, the monthly fee for use of which is 35 euros, is represented by two swimming pools with a water park, a gym, a children's playground and a cafe. There are parking spaces for cars on the territory of the complex. The building itself is equipped with an elevator. Additionally, a cinema hall is open for residents' services.
