We bring to your attention a new stunning motorhome project. This has never been built in Alanya before. Motorhome – wooden house built from eco-materials, which is located on a separate plot of 270 sq.m. The territory of the complex accommodates only 41 motorhomes and additional tents for rent. Glamping is located in a forest area 1000 m above sea level. With every buyer motorhome, a lease agreement will be concluded for a land plot of 270 sq.m. for 49 years, on which the motorhome itself will be located. Documents for a motorhome are issued as a vehicle, with a license plate assigned and a technical passport issued.

The glamping area will have an outdoor swimming pool, children's playground, barbecue area, hammam, sauna, fitness, and internet. There is parking for 30 cars, and there will also be a beautiful walking area. The glamping site will have its own equipped river beach and water sports, the territory will have video surveillance, and its own management company. As a bonus, there is trout fishing nearby, so fishing enthusiasts will have plenty to do.

There are also 16 tents on the territory of the complex, for those who like to relax without civilization. Tents with hotel service, which you can rent for the number of days you choose and comfortably organize a vacation in the wild with elements of the aesthetics of five-star hotels

Construction of the caravans began in June 2022 and is scheduled to be completed on December 30, 2022. The total area of the site occupies 40,000 sq.m. The cost of motorhomes starts from 55,000 euros.
